Philosophy: “Without vulnerability, there is no growth. Sometimes our ‘own stuff’ influenced by family generations and personal experiences get in the way of our healing. It is intuitive for us to defend against such vulnerabilities for protection and at the same time such defenses do an outstanding job of stunting our growth. Where’s the balance? This is the reason I believe therapy is about creating a safe environment where one can feel comfortable to show their true selves, while also challenging the parts that seem to perpetuate this cycle of stuck-ness.”

Philosophy: ‘Life experiences can impact us in surprising, often difficult, and even traumatic ways leaving us feeling out of touch with ourselves and those around us. We all have a desire to feel understood, and that journey often begins within ourselves. My goal in therapy is to create a space where clients feel heard and safe while they explore deeper into who they are and begin to wrestle with the question “where do I go from here?”. It is my intention that our time together encourages reconnection, hope and healing in yourself and your relationships.’
